Job Opening: **Accounts and Operational Control Supervisor** **Location:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time **Department:** Administration / Hospital Operations / Accounts Position Objective Ensure that all services, medications, and treatments provided to patients are **accurately recorded, billed, and reconciled**, guaranteeing clear, complete, and accurate accounts for owners. Key Responsibilities * Conduct daily follow-up on the **patient list** and ensure its proper updating. * Verify that **all medications, supplies, and treatments administered are correctly billed**. * Review that **owners' accounts are complete, clear, and error-free**. * Identify and correct omissions, billing errors, or inconsistencies. * Coordinate with physicians, hospital staff, and reception for charge clarifications. * Support the **pharmacy department in procurement** of medications and supplies. * Maintain **pharmacy inventory control** (receipts, disbursements, and stock levels). * Report shortages, losses, and replenishment needs. * Ensure administrative and operational order in hospital accounts. Required Profile * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Hospital Management, or related field. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in accounts control, administration, or pharmacy (preferably in healthcare or veterinary sectors). * High attention to detail and strong tracking ability. * Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems (ERP or similar). * Clear and firm communication skills.
