




Job Objective: Provide support to associates in resolving their questions, guide them/orient them for greater job stability quality, adapting tools that help us achieve this. General Responsibilities: * Recruit, select, hire, and onboard employees into positions. * Payroll issues; administrative control of vacations, absences, leaves with or without pay, disability. * Follow-up on associate support. * Perform administrative tasks specific to the department. * Control employee vacation schedules. * Provide assistance to supervisors and management.
