This is an operational role providing customer information service at a service module: Responsibilities include providing information about amenities, activities, and areas available within the shopping center as requested by customers. THE SHOPPING CENTER HAS STRATEGIC SERVICE MODULES LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE MALL. (NOT SALES — this is strictly in-person public service, PROVIDING INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE) THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB Main responsibilities: Provide information to visitors and customers. Assist with events. Promote information about shopping center attractions. Refer situations to the security department (lost items). Guide visitors of a shopping mall regarding the location of various property amenities.
