Minimum Hiring Requirements Education Level: **Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting or Business Administration.** Experience (areas): **Accounting and/or Administration in companies (Transportation) or in accounting firms.** Experience (time): **minimum 2 years.** Minimum required knowledge: * **Excel, Word, basic to intermediate level, Microsip accounting system or similar** B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Review of Daily, Disbursement, and Receipt entries. 2\. Bank reconciliation. 3\. Follow-up on DIOT. 4\. Account cleanup. 5\. Review of issued and received invoices. 6\. Invoicing. 7\. Prepare financial statements. 8\. Assist in processing biweekly payroll. 9\.\- Affiliation transactions to IDSE. 10\.\- Assist in preparing provisional payments, SUA, Fonacot, 4% S/N. 11\.\- Support in administrative procedures. II.
