




We are looking for a Bilingual Condominium Operations Supervisor to manage common areas, coordinate work teams, and oversee facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive administrative and operational management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resident satisfaction and efficient use of condominium resources. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations supervision, maintenance, or common areas management. \- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and major equipment. \- Proficient in Excel and email usage. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance activities in common areas. · Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for facilities. · Monitor incidents and ensure timely resolution. · Control the use of supplies, materials, and tools. · Manage external service providers: pest control, technical services. · Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date records related to the condominium. · Train and lead operational staff. · Ensure compliance with the condominium regulations and enforce them as needed. **SKILLS** \- Leadership and teamwork \- Effective communication \- Organization and results-oriented mindset \- Problem-solving under pressure \- Service-oriented attitude **KNOWLEDGE:** \- Office Suite: Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, monitoring systems \- Personnel management \- General and/or industrial maintenance (knowledge of major equipment) \- Advanced English **WE OFFER** \- Monthly salary: $18,000 – $20,000 MXN \- Statutory benefits \- Stable work environment \- Growth opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
