### **Entertainment Staff** **Princess Hotels & Resorts – Playa del Carmen** ### **Job Description** At **Princess Hotels & Resorts**, we are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic **Entertainment Staff** member with outstanding service attitude, responsible for delivering memorable experiences to our guests through the execution of recreational, sports, and entertainment activities included in the hotel’s weekly program. The Entertainment Staff directly contributes to creating a pleasant, safe, and fun atmosphere, ensuring guests fully enjoy their stay. ### **Responsibilities** * Attend the daily briefing and motivational activities punctually. * Open the assigned area (palapas, beach or pools). * Prepare and organize the necessary materials for the day’s activities. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the area following established protocols. * Conduct **PR (Public Relations)** in Spanish and English to invite guests to participate in activities. * Execute scheduled activities according to established timetables (games, sports, team-building exercises, challenges, contests, etc.). * Address guest inquiries and provide information about activities, nightly shows, restaurants, and daily updates. * Record equipment loans using logbooks. * Close the assigned area, ensuring proper storage of equipment and materials. * Submit a daily activity report to the respective supervisor. * Inspect materials and equipment, reporting shortages or damages. ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Physical Education, Recreation, Animation, or related field. • **Experience:** 1 year in hotel animation or similar position. • **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English. • **Availability:** Rotating shifts. ### **Competencies and Skills** * Positive attitude * Adaptability * Creativity * Sociability * Empathy * Proactivity * Patience * Ethics and responsibility * Initiative * Effective communication * Customer service * Teamwork * Stress tolerance * Attention to detail * Emotional intelligence ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Staff meals * Training * Uniforms * Fun and dynamic work environment * Growth opportunities
