Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating recreational and sports activities within the hotel to keep guests active and entertained. This includes activities such as tournaments, fitness classes, outdoor sports, games, and competitions. The goal is to create a fun and dynamic experience, encourage guest interaction, and enhance the enjoyment and memorability of their stay by delivering unique experiences. The sports entertainer also collaborates with other hotel departments to ensure activities align with the overall entertainment program. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Engage audiences through captivating performances, showcasing talent across a variety of settings. * Collaborate closely with other performers and production team members to create high-quality performances. * Continuously develop skills and abilities, remaining open to constructive feedback from supervisors and peers. * Comply with all safety guidelines and performance standards, prioritizing the well-being of fellow performers and the audience. * Attend all rehearsals, meetings, and performances punctually, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to success. * Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience. * Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. * Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy. * Works under close supervision or clearly defined procedures. * Has 0–1 year of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Accountability Business Acumen Advocating for Guest Needs Self-Development Impact**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
