This position focuses on operational, administrative, and control tasks, following established procedures under direct supervision. It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking job stability, continuous learning, and professional growth within a structured environment. **Responsibilities** * Data entry, updating, and control in internal systems and Excel * Vendor payments and vendor communication * Management of travel allowance payments and petty cash replenishments * Cash handling and petty cash control * Operation of electronic banking platforms * Check preparation and control * Deposit confirmation * Preparation and tracking of scheduled payments * Submission of documentary and electronic support to the Accounting Department * Support in basic reconciliations and preparation of administrative reports * Documentation control, organization, and archiving * Follow-up on assigned administrative pending items * Internal communication to report progress and status of activities **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sums, filters, simple tables) * Proficiency in email and administrative tools (Microsoft Office suite) **Desired Profile** * Organized, trustworthy, and responsible individual * Ability to follow instructions and established processes * Punctuality and commitment * Attention to detail and analytical ability * Comfort performing administrative and operational tasks consistently * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $13,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Professional and structured work environment * Opportunity for learning and gradual growth aligned with performance We promote an **inclusive** workplace, with **equal opportunity** and respect for diversity.
