Job Description A growing company is seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Generalist with solid experience in personnel administration, payroll calculation, and labor compliance. We are looking for an organized, analytical individual with a high sense of confidentiality and the ability to timely follow up on administrative and human capital processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of payroll processes, attendance incidents, IMSS-related employee movements, document control, and general support in HR operations. Main Responsibilities \* Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. \* Control and recording of attendance incidents: \* Tardiness \* Absences \* Vacations \* Medical leaves \* Overtime hours \* Bonuses and commissions \* Employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS. \* Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. \* Administration and updating of personnel files. \* Preparation of employment contracts, addenda, and other labor documentation. \* Monitoring contract expiration dates. \* Attendance tracking and time clock management. \* Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments, pay slips, and benefits. \* Coordination with administrative and operational departments. \* Support in recruitment and hiring processes. \* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. \* Management of SUA, IDSE, and related platforms. \* Preparation of administrative and payroll reports. \* Support during labor audits and internal reviews. Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in: \* Human Resources \* Administration \* Accounting \* Organizational Psychology or related field. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration. \* Solid knowledge of: \* Federal Labor Law \* IMSS \* INFONAVIT \* Payroll Income Tax (ISR) \* Severance payment calculations \* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. \* Experience with payroll systems. \* Organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information. \* Excellent administrative follow-up. \* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operational and administrative staff.
