Requirements * Age **28 to 40 years** * **Valid driver’s license** * Minimum **1 year of experience in condominium, rent, or real estate administration** * Experience in **customer or resident service** * Organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Main Responsibilities * Resident and tenant service and follow-up * Management of unit reports and incidents * Coordination with maintenance teams and vendors * Administrative control of residents (registrations, cancellations, vehicles, pets) * Monitoring of utility payments (CFE) * Supervision of the overall condition of the complex * Preparation of administrative and operational reports * Enforcement of condominium regulations We Offer * **Salary of $12,000 to $15,000 net monthly, based on experience** * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Schedule: **Monday to Saturday** * **Fixed day off: Sunday** **Work Location:** Northern area of Mérida, near the ring road.
