FACILITIES SUPERVISOR EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT. Objective: Supervise installations for San Pablo pharmacies. REQUIREMENTS: * Electrical or electromechanical engineer * Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, hydrosanitary, and special installations Responsibilities: * Supervision of medium- and low-voltage projects. * Review and validation of detailed engineering, site surveys, calculation reports, low- and medium-voltage feeders, * Review and validation of grounding design, drawing preparation, * Review and validation of lightning protection systems, lighting systems, specifications, material lists, and reports in accordance with applicable regulations. * Knowledge of regulations governing low- and medium-voltage systems. * Review and validation of load calculations and energy consumption measurements. * Experience handling contracting procedures and formalities with CFE for medium- and low-voltage systems. * Experience supervising construction quality for HVAC and hydrosanitary systems. * Knowledge of special installations (elevators, structured cabling, etc.).
