As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the company's daily accounting operations, ensuring the proper recording and control of transactions in accordance with current tax regulations, and providing support to the General Controller. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax processes * Proficiency in accounting systems required (ODOO system preferred) * Advanced Excel skills * Good communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail * Proactive attitude **Responsibilities:** * Record and manage supplier payments, taxes, and other disbursements * Reconcile disbursements with bank statements * Administer and monitor accounting accounts * Account and record disbursements in the system, identifying payments to suppliers and linking corresponding invoices * Enter and accrue invoices in the system, ensuring accurate accounting integration * Prepare monthly closing reports for banks and accounts receivable * Reconcile income and expense CFDIs with SAT's database * Record income and expenses in the system * Prepare financial statements * Develop tax strategies * Follow up on pending invoices * Accrue and apply payments in the accounting system * Validate and file monthly and annual tax declarations (federal taxes and taxes such as ISN) * Organize accounting in compliance with legal requirements, review accounting entries, and stay updated on current regulations * Team management (supervise 3 people) **Employment Benefits:** * Monthly salary: To be discussed during interview * Major medical insurance * Minor medical coverage (Integra card) * Company phone with free calls and internet * Statutory benefits * Uniforms provided * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (twice a month for on-call shifts) Position type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site
