We are a human capital consultancy working with multiple companies and projects; therefore, we need someone energetic, with a strong sense of urgency, and capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: * Posting job vacancies * Screening candidates * Follow-up via WhatsApp and phone calls * Scheduling interviews * Requesting documents * Administering and tracking psychometric assessments * Preparing reports * Client follow-up * Updating candidate databases and recruitment pipelines * General operational support for recruitment processes What We Look For: * Excellent attitude and communication skills * Strong organizational and follow-up abilities * Ability to work effectively under pressure * Sense of urgency * Enjoyment of interpersonal interaction * Strong writing and spelling proficiency * Basic proficiency in recruitment platforms and digital tools * Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or operational follow-up is desirable Important: This position requires a committed, solution-oriented individual with genuine enthusiasm for professional growth within an expanding consultancy.
