BM Plumbing Team is seeking an experienced Plumbing Engineer to lead design quality and technical efficiency in our Cancun office. This is a hands\-on role requiring strong engineering capabilities, the ability to optimize costs through Value Engineering, and the leadership skills to mentor our drafting team. **Core Responsibilities** * **System Design:** Engineer comprehensive piping and plumbing systems from concept to construction documents. * **Quality Control:** Review all drawings and calculations for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability before release. * **Value Engineering:** Audit designs to reduce equipment costs and re\-engineer systems for maximum efficiency without compromising performance. * **Mentorship:** Act as the technical lead for the drafting team, ensuring knowledge transfer and standardizing best practices. **Requirements** * **English Fluency:** Must be able to read, write, and speak technical English fluently. * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and hydraulic calculation standards. * **Experience:** proven track record in checking designs (QC) and optimizing project costs (VE).
