Accounting Control and Recording Record all company accounting operations (revenues, expenditures, expenses, and payments) Maintain up-to-date general accounting in the accounting system Reconcile revenues from reservations, platforms, and transfers Classify and archive invoices, receipts, and tax documents 2\. Revenue Control Verify and record daily transportation service revenues Reconcile payments received via bank transfers, cash, terminals, or platforms Generate sales and service reports 3\. Expenditure Control Record payments to drivers, suppliers, fuel, maintenance, and spare parts Control operational expenses including: Fuel Mechanical workshop Tolls and TAG Vehicle cleaning Review and validate supplier invoices 4\. Tax Obligations Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns with the SAT (Tax Administration Service) Calculate and pay VAT, Income Tax (ISR), and other contributions Supervise proper electronic invoicing (timbrado) of invoices Keep electronic accounting updated 5\. Invoicing Supervise invoicing to clients, agencies, and platforms Issue invoices upon client request Control canceled or corrected invoices 6\. Financial Control Prepare financial statements: Income Statement Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement Analyze profitability of services and routes Propose improvements to optimize operational costs 7\. Payroll and Payment Control Supervise calculation of driver salaries, commissions, or payments Review deductions, bonuses, or incentives 8\. Budgeting and Expense Control Prepare monthly operational expense budget Monitor fleet-related expenses (maintenance, insurance, fuel) Identify variances or unnecessary expenses 9\.
