VACANCY: MAINTENANCE SERVICES TECHNICIAN A specialized recruitment company is seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to join a **recreational center** located near the **Gran Outlet Riviera Maya**. **Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems * Inspection, adjustment, and repair of **electrical panels and lighting fixtures** * Identification and resolution of **electrical faults** * Support for **electromechanical and hydraulic systems** General tasks as required: * Basic plumbing * Masonry * Drywall installation * Carpentry * Painting **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **general maintenance** * Availability for **rotating shifts** * Residence within a maximum of **1 hour** from the workplace * Easy transportation access * Technical degree related to maintenance, electricity, or similar field * **Complete and valid** personal documentation **Work Schedule** * Available shifts: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Working days: **Monday through Sunday**, with **1 day off between Monday and Thursday** * *(Schedules subject to park operations)* We Offer * **Gross monthly salary:** $14,700 * Biweekly payment via HSBC or Santander * **Punctuality and attendance bonus:** $1,600 * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniform * **2x1 benefit** for park access as an employee Interested candidates should send their application or CV via WhatsApp to **55 8406 9516**, specifying the position of interest.
