Job Summary: Support material control, receipt, storage, and supply for vertical construction projects, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Support material control, receipt, storage, and supply for vertical construction projects, ensuring accurate recording of material inflows and outflows, as well as compliance with execution and inventory control schedules. Main Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record materials delivered to the site. Monitor material inflows and outflows in the warehouse. Conduct physical inventories and periodic reconciliations. Prepare consumption and stock reports. Track material requisitions from site supervisors. Verify that delivered materials meet required specifications. Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries. Maintain up-to-date documentation for delivery notes, invoices, and material issue vouchers. Assist in proper identification and safeguarding of materials. Report shortages, surpluses, or material-related incidents. Support the Materials Supervisor in administrative and operational activities. Requirements: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in material control, warehousing, or construction. Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Minimum 80% proficiency in Enkontrol. Experience in vertical building or high-rise residential projects. Knowledge of construction materials and site processes. Competencies: Organization and control. Responsibility.
