We’re still growing! Join our team as: Construction Control Assistant. You will support technical and administrative control based on principles of ethics and integrity. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and tracking field execution-related information, ensuring project reports are accurate, well-structured, and up to date. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction projects. - Preferred direct experience in: progress control, technical documentation, or construction administration support. Skills and/or knowledge in: - Intermediate Excel proficiency: creating progress tables, charts, and scheduled-vs-executed comparisons. - Consolidation of technical reports: preparing daily/weekly reports with data, photos, and technical formats. - Document organization and management: classifying reports, logs, photos, and construction documents. - Task tracking and compliance: managing pending items, progress per work front, and timely delivery of information. Work location: Cancún. Working hours: Monday to Friday | Saturday only as required for operations.
