Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. Ensure proper operation and availability of equipment. Record and document all maintenance activities performed. Report failures, deviations, and spare parts requirements. Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness guidelines (5S). **Requirements:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a plant environment. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Availability to work rotating shifts.
