**Requirements:** * Previous experience as a kitchen assistant (minimum 6 months to 1 year). * Basic knowledge of food preparation and support in hot/cold line. * Proper handling of hygiene and food safety standards. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and organization. * Availability of schedule (including weekends and holidays). **Main responsibilities:** * Support in dish preparation and plating. * Cleaning and organization of the work area. * Proper handling of supplies and support in basic inventory control. * Compliance with quality and presentation standards. * General support to the chef and kitchen team.
