POSITION OBJECTIVE Supervise room and service area cleaning and standardization to ensure guest satisfaction through housekeeping staff training, teamwork, and workplace harmony. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct performance and cleaning standard inspections of housekeepers under supervision, identifying areas for improvement where applicable. Deliver reports and the corresponding master key to each housekeeper under supervision, ensuring they have signed the attendance logbook. Review housekeeper reports to verify completeness. Report room malfunctions to the maintenance department for prompt and efficient resolution. Hand over pending items for follow-up to the second-shift supervisor, if any. Provide room status information to the Administrative Assistant for preparing the second-shift occupancy sheet, and re-inspect rooms with discrepancies. Follow up with supervision on received requests and requirements.
