This role is essential to guarantee that associates receive nutritious and well-prepared meals in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in daily meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for associates * Wash, sanitize, and prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, side dishes, etc.) * Portion and serve food in a hygienic manner with good presentation * Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, surfaces, equipment, and utensils * Restock service stations (water, sauces, bread, fruits, etc.) * Assist in managing leftovers and preventing food waste * Follow nutrition guidelines, food safety standards, and internal policies * Assist in cleaning the dining area (tables, trays, stations) * Maintain a respectful and courteous attitude with all staff * Assist in any other tasks assigned by the dining room cook or chef * Perform inventory replenishment in the storage area. * This job description is illustrative and not restrictive.
