Training programs **At Ruba, we do not only build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TERRITORIAL RESERVES ANALYST** Analyze, administer, and coordinate policies and processes for the acquisition, scheduling, and utilization of territorial reserves through coordination with involved departments to ensure the company maintains sufficient reserves to support Grupo Ruba’s growth in the region. **Responsibilities:** Identify potentially developable residential lots within the metropolitan area. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to “map” and prioritize areas of interest for residential development based on market preferences. Analyze and parametrically estimate costs for residential project development activities in accordance with applicable regulations, ordinances, and specific land segment requirements. Manage feasibility studies and land-use approvals with relevant state, federal, and municipal authorities for each parcel under analysis. Present conclusive analytical reports to the regional technical team and subsequently to the Corporate Territorial Reserves Committee for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Required experience in Territorial Reserves * Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) * Knowledge of current urban regulations * Surveying * Proficiency in Acrobat, AutoCAD, and Google Earth * Fundamentals of Engineering Design * Fundamentals of Urban Design and Image * Fundamentals of Housing Design and Structure * Negotiation skills * Enkontrol * Results-oriented **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
