Coordinate laboratory activities and supervise procedures **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure processes for ready-mix concrete quality compliance with Mexican standards and customer requirements, optimizing concrete mixture design for industrial production. **REQUIREMENTS:** * REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (completed or incomplete), or Technical Vocational Program. * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years. * SPECIALIZATION: Related to the concrete or construction industry. * Fundamentals and properties of concrete. * ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician—Grade I certification. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Command Concrete. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure product quality. * Supervise laboratory assistants in performing procedures applied to concrete supplied to each client. * Develop mix designs to achieve maximum cost-efficiency in production. * Conduct necessary tests for measurement, analysis, and monitoring of ready-mix concrete. * Conduct necessary tests for analysis of raw materials used in ready-mix concrete production. * Provide technical support and customer service (including handling quality-related complaints). * Review technical performance indicators of the department. * Perform and supervise physical inventory counts of raw materials for ready-mix concrete production. * Verify laboratory testing equipment and materials. * Supervise ready-mix concrete loading and production jointly with the Production and Mix Design Coordinator. **SKILLS:** * Leadership * Accountability * Sense of urgency Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
