Design plans for culture, integration, employee well-being, and professional development. **ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING COORDINATOR** **Salary:** $16,000 net monthly **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We seek your Talent in Organizational Development and Training, focused on leading, developing plans and programs for strategy deployment and initiatives in the field of organizational development to drive performance, skill development, human capital process and procedure management, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency aligned with the Company’s strategic plan and culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and management of the TNA (Training Needs Assessment) plan. * Ensure internal instructor training based on STPS requirements and certification. * Implement, develop, and organize training, instruction, and coaching courses according to the TNA and current regulations. * Manage and evaluate objectives and content of training programs/plans. * Ensure compliance with STPS, SIRCE, and NOMs. * Prepare, manage, create, and ensure delivery of DC1\-DC2\-DC3\-DC4 and, where applicable, DC5. * Design, manage, execute, and evaluate the SMARTS, qualitative, and KPI objective achievement plan. * Generate, administer, analyze, and formulate workplace climate strategies. * Establish partnerships with innovative educational institutions to enrich the annual training program. * Design and develop culture and well-being plans. * Design an annual 360° integration plan to foster a sense of belonging. * Conduct performance evaluation programs: Recovery Plan and Host Program. * All main activities listed herein are illustrative, not exhaustive. * **Minimum Experience:** 5 years in similar leadership roles, such as Organizational Development and Training Coordinator. * **Knowledge and Experience in:** * STPS regulations * Salary scales * Emotional salary * Internal Work Regulations * Federal Labor Law * Basic payroll knowledge * STPS metrics (DC\-1\- DC2\-DC3\-DC\-4\-DC5\) * Development of process and procedure manuals * Job descriptions and position profiles * Culture, integration, and well-being / sense of belonging plans * Development, life, and career plans * Corporate social responsibility campaigns and well-being practices **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 am to 6:00 pm** * Saturdays, **8:00 am to 1:30 pm** * Sunday is a **fixed day off** **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $16,000 net** * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability * Professional development opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
