Teamwork, responsibility, and integrity We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented **Receptive Operator** to join our team in Cancún. The position requires experience in passenger transportation, familiarity with the local area, and a strong commitment to customer service. **Requirements:** * Age: 30 to 45 years old * Minimum 2 years of experience as an operator and/or in customer service * Verifiable residence in Cancún (minimum 3 years) * Federal driver's license type **AF** (mandatory) * Letters of employment recommendation * Knowledge of Cancún, Riviera Maya, and the Hotel Zone (preferred) * Basic automotive mechanical knowledge * Basic English proficiency * Excellent handling of passenger vehicles in urban and highway settings * Strong verbal communication skills and passion for service **Responsibilities:** * Transport passengers to/from the airport, hotels, and tourist sites * Provide courteous and high-quality service throughout the journey * Maintain the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition * Report vehicle anomalies, missing amenities, and operational needs * Report passenger incidents related to flights, hotels, or transfers **Competencies:** * Exceptional customer service * Proactivity and dynamism * Teamwork and empathy * Responsibility and integrity * Organization and planning * Assertive communication and problem-solving **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **$15,600 MXN** * Daily tips * Statutory benefits * Rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week) **Location: Galerías Infinity.** Av.
