**About Us**
* An integrator of solutions specializing in networks and security — a different, unique, and above all innovative company; we are partners of Cisco, Google Telcos, Ruckus, SonicWall, and Fortinet. We seek a network-specialized technical support specialist to provide on-site support to one of our clients in Tulum: Hotel Dorado Royale Cancún Playa del Carmen.

* **Monthly base salary**: MXN 13,000 (direct contract) + MXN 1,500 monthly bonus. 100% statutory benefits. Transportation assistance to the hotel.
* **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (to be confirmed), plus half-day Saturdays.
* **Work location**: Hotel Dorado Royale, Cancún–Tulum Highway, Km 45, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in roles such as: Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Systems Assistant, Systems Analyst, Telecom Engineer, Telecommunications Consultant, Field Services, or On-Site Support.
* Availability for on-site support across various locations for implementation, configuration, and network support — including access points (APs), cabling, devices, etc. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/VLAN networks, 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz frequency management, site surveys, heat maps, network topologies, equipment configuration, network change implementation, etc. Familiarity with Access Points, Routers, Switches, Wireless technologies, CODECs, Modems, etc.
* Knowledge of brands such as Cisco or Brocade; Ruckus or Brocade antennas focused on Wi-Fi.
* Minimum 6 months of basic experience with Firewalls (administration, support, configuration, ticket handling) using brands such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Juniper, etc.
* 6 months to 1 year of experience installing and supporting structured cabling (basic tool handling, installation, maintenance, and support).
* Experience identifying faults, root causes, equipment replacements, and new installations.
* Documentation of evidence, activity descriptions, and third-party escalations.
* Strong customer service orientation.
