




* Indefinite-term contract * Gender: Indifferent. * Age: 22 to 45 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Availability of schedule. * One year of experience in a similar position. * Proactive personality with high energy level. * Enjoyment of interacting with people. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in a similar position managing a headcount of at least 500 employees. * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Weekly and biweekly recording of payroll incidents. * Review and validation of payroll incidents. * Preparation of preliminary payroll. * Application and tracking of deductions. * Preparation of final settlement documents (finiquitos). * Service and support to internal clients (delivery of pay stubs). * Payroll clarifications for employees. * Preparation of bonuses. * Tracking of employee processes related to payroll cards. * Management and distribution of food voucher cards. * Tracking of medical leaves and work-related risks (completion of ST7 form, tracking of medical leaves and work-related risks). * Registration and control of vacation time. * Payroll induction.
