Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Advisor to provide personalized customer service, coordinate appointments, prepare service orders, and supervise vehicle repairs in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized attention and advisory services to customers in the service area. 2. Coordination and scheduling of vehicle maintenance appointments. 3. Complaint management and service supervision to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our Service Team! **Requirements:** * Preferred knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry. **Responsibilities:** * Provide advisory services and personalized attention to customers of the agency's Service Department. * Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers who need to bring their vehicles to the workshop. * Prepare service and/or repair orders, providing cost estimates and resolution timeframes. * Manage and follow up on complaints and/or customer dissatisfaction regarding service, ensuring satisfactory resolution. * Supervise vehicle service and/or repairs to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction. * Participate in training courses offered by the Automotive Plant. **We Offer:** * Motivational commission scheme. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers
