Main Responsibilities: Draft minutes of meetings and articles of incorporation for companies Provide legal consultation and support to clients Draft contracts and various legal documents Trust management (implementation, administration, and monitoring) Procedures before tax, administrative, and banking authorities Draft administrative submissions and appeals Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law (degree holder) 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal practice Knowledge of corporate structures, meetings, and trusts Basic English proficiency Personal vehicle required. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years
