Development and growth within operations and continuous training. **Job Objective:** Ensure inventory control and proper management across branches through operational audits that guarantee process compliance, prevent shrinkage, and ensure business profitability. **What You Will Do:** * Conduct audits focused on **inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply handling**. * Validate receipts, shipments, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancies. * Identify shrinkage, deviations, and potential operational risks. * Supervise proper product handling (expiration dates, FIFO rotation, storage). * Audit cash handling, store operations, and customer service processes. * Generate clear reports with findings and action plans. * Provide timely follow-up on corrective actions with store managers. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in **inventory, warehouse, auditing, or internal control** (preferably in restaurants or retail). * Knowledge of physical counts, shrinkage control, and inventory management. * Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or related field). * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. * Willingness to travel between branches. **Key Competencies:** * Focus on control and order * Analytical thinking * Integrity and ethics * Follow-up and discipline * Problem-solving **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Vacation entitlement starting from the sixth month * Restaurant discounts ranging from 15% to 50% * Partnerships with optical stores, private medical centers, etc. * Development and growth within operations * Continuous training
