Knowledge: Programming, user support for computer systems, computing equipment, network infrastructure, hardware and software failure diagnosis, as well as technical problem resolution. Responsibilities · Addressing and resolving technical support tickets from users · Daily review of operational infrastructure equipment at the site and dealership (Internet connections, VPN, servers, email, PBX, DVR, computing equipment, printers, etc.) · Preventive maintenance of equipment (software, Windows updates, temporary file cleanup, programs, antivirus). · User support for the DMS W32 system. · Workshop equipment updates. · Updating inventory records and safeguarding computing equipment and licenses. · Reviewing automatic data backups. · Executing the equipment and laptop maintenance schedule.
