Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **About the Position:** Assists with the technical analysis of manufacturing processes across all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance with safety standards and environmental requirements for manufacturing; participates in identifying and implementing improvements and modifications to equipment and processes; monitors equipment and process reliability by identifying and addressing problem areas; provides training and development to technical operations and support staff; and provides engineering support in planning, developing, operating, and maintaining equipment, processes, or facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and follow drawings/blueprints to ensure product and customer specifications. * Support the manufacturing operations team in modifying tools/equipment for continuous improvement. * Ensure proper use of tools/materials to guarantee their appropriate application. * Apply and explain blueprint specifications to manufacturing operations and ensure correct procedures for compliance. * Support risk, benefit, and alternative evaluations. * Develop new manufacturing technologies within the production process. * Be responsible for proper documentation for current production and NSI/NPI products (PPAP, APQP, etc.). * Inspect the work environment to identify safety risks/violations and determine corrective actions. * Explain tools, techniques, and documents used for process monitoring and control. * Be responsible for collecting data such as safety findings, quality issues, daily production, and root cause analysis. **Required education:** * Bachelor’s degree or nearing completion in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field. **Required skills:** **Decision Making and Critical Thinking** * Advises on advanced data analysis methodologies and technologies to enable more informed decision making. * Trains others to improve the validity and reliability of data used across various decision-making processes. * Designs KPIs and metrics to analyze data and influence decisions. * Evaluates opportunities and challenges associated with integrating data into decision making. * Oversees data collection and analysis activities within the organization. * Seeks input from multiple sources to generate diverse ideas in decision making. **Top Candidate Attributes:** * Intermediate English * Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, PDCA, 8D, SWOT, Pareto chart, Ishikawa diagram. * Blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). * Familiarity with MS Office suite, AutoCAD, visualization software. * Data analysis applied to manufacturing. * Decision making and critical thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools; ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment. * Values of integrity, excellence, effective communication, strong commitment, teamwork, and high service orientation. **Final Details:** Please regularly check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
