Develop reference documentation and update documentation in accordance with the production process. Maintain the current line capacity study up to date. Contact suppliers to obtain repair quotations. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** ------------------------------------------- Verify that equipment is operating properly and equipped with appropriate tools for the task. Identify main causes of line stoppages and take corrective actions. Verify line capacity. Timely and accurately close pending manufacturing purchase orders, equipment modifications, and releases based on line requirements to prevent stoppages. Audit an assembly station to ensure compliance with all safety requirements, verifying that the process is carried out according to standard procedures, meeting quality checkpoints, that tools are in proper working condition, and that the operator possesses the appropriate skill level to perform the operation.
