Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off\-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original\-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. * **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Plant Controller role in a multinational company * Familiar with Maquiladora scheme organization in Mexico * Strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy. * Excellent ability to synthetize the details into the “global picture”. * Proven problem\-solving skills, hands\-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to work with people at all levels within and outside Dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team and matrix environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. * Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Hyperion experience preferred. * Having already participated to an ERP implementation or a Plant start up will be definitely appreciated * Bachelor degree in Business \- Accounting or Finance * Spanish and English fluent are both mandatory We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
