Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Room Analyst with experience in logistics and warehousing to ensure operational tracking, timely execution, and effective coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are a leading company in our industry and are currently seeking a **Control Room Analyst**, with experience in logistics and warehousing. **Location:** Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **Job Objective** Ensure control, monitoring, and analysis of logistics and warehouse operations, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, processes, and KPIs, as well as proper coordination among involved departments. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Saturday half-day) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track warehouse and distribution operations. * Control incoming goods, outgoing goods, inventory levels, and order status. * Manage and track operational documents (proof of receipt, quality certificates, delivery notes). * Identify deviations in logistics processes and propose corrective actions. * Ensure on-time delivery and service quality. * Lead and monitor the performance of assigned personnel. * Proactively resolve operational issues and maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments. * Provide traceability and closure for operational incidents. * Generate operational and performance reports (KPIs) **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing or operational coordination (preferably in **construction or manufacturing**). * Experience managing operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). * Competencies: Assertive communication, leadership, ability to work under pressure, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills. * **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Compensation Offer** * **Base Salary:** $12,800 gross monthly. * Indefinite-term employment contract, directly with the company. * **Statutory benefits from day one** (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation entitlement, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Work tools: Laptop and mobile phone with voice and data plan provided. * **Job stability** **Are you interested?** Apply now and let us get to know you.
