




Position Summary: Bilingual trainer responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training strategies to enhance skill development and strengthen a learning culture. Key Highlights: 1. Development of interactive content and high-impact presentations. **BILINGUAL TRAINER** **Position Objective** Design, deliver, and evaluate training strategies for LinkedIn and Microsoft license usage, aligned with our clients’ plans, to drive key skill development among employees and reinforce a continuous learning culture. **Responsibilities** * Design training programs using participant-centered, active methodologies. * Deliver training sessions and workshops for various organizational levels. * Evaluate program effectiveness using impact metrics and participant feedback. * Design interactive content and high-impact presentations. * Manage LinkedIn solutions. * Collaborate with leaders across departments to align development plans with strategic goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. * Knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, and impact evaluation. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with LinkedIn platforms. * Experience in leadership development or training programs for mid- and senior-level managers. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency **Work Schedule** Hybrid model: Remote and in-person Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Location: CDMX, Miguel Hidalgo **Offer Includes:** Monthly salary of MXN 25,000 (net) Statutory benefits
