Main Responsibilities * Preparation and control of daily attendance records (attendance, absences, tardiness, and incidents). * Compilation and review of preliminary payroll. * Entry and validation of overtime hours, worked rest days, medical leaves, and vacations. * Assistance in resolving payroll-related queries from operational staff. * Preparation of administrative reports. Requirements * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of payroll experience, preferably within a private security company. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual.
