A leading company in the food industry, **Grupo La Florida México**, is seeking your talent as a **DOCUMENTARY DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our company. **TEMPORARY CONTRACT FOR 3 MONTHS (DISABILITY-RELATED)** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in product development, laboratory work, or technical documentation. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Proficiency in documentation management and file control. * Knowledge of physicochemical and sensory testing. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and follow-up capability. **Responsibilities:** * Support in verifying compliance of documentation related to procedures. * Maintain up-to-date test documentation and files. * Evaluation of alternative materials and suppliers. * Conduct laboratory-scale and industrial-scale trials. * Perform sensory tests and track functional applications (baking). * Competitor product evaluation. * Monitor shelf-life studies (accelerated and real-time). * Control and inventory of glassware and chemical substances. * Presentation and analysis of results. * Development of new products and reformulations. * Perform physicochemical analyses. **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary ranging from $15,000 to $17,000. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits beyond legal requirements. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to gain experience and advance professionally.
