Job Summary: Shift Coordinator to ensure the warehouse's operational execution, supervising and managing staff to meet performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Leads warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency Shift Coordinator responsible for ensuring warehouse operational execution during their shift, meeting productivity, quality, and timeliness indicators. Supervises, directs, and controls operational staff to ensure discipline, efficiency, and full adherence to processes. Responsibilities Supervise warehouse operations during the shift with teams of 10–20 people Monitor productivity: picking, staging, and shipments per shift Manage incidents, delays, absences, and staff performance Validate picking, verification, and shipping processes Report results and identify operational deviations Support inventory control and shift operations Skills Reporting results and identifying deviations Managing incidents and staff performance Meeting KPIs: picking, staging, shipments Supervising and assigning workloads Operational control of the warehouse per shift Leadership Problem solving Organization Decision making Teamwork Communication Requirements Education level: Technical High School Diploma Academic status: Graduated Experience in: Production and manufacturing, Logistics and transportation Specialization: Transportation coordination, Warehouse supervision, Logistics coordination, Floor supervisor, Warehouse coordination We Offer Salary: $18,000 MXN – $25,000 MXN Gross per Month Work schedule: Flexible hours Work modality: On-site Working hours: Sun–Fri, 10 PM – 7 AM Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School 3 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
