If you share our bold mindset of being best-in-class, we want you on board \#wewantyouIN. **Your Future Role** Support end-to-end project execution management through administrative coordination, schedule tracking, and support for engineering, procurement, and document control processes — ensuring compliance with scope, cost, time, quality, and safety requirements. **Responsibilities** * Develop and update project schedules. * Track project progress against plan and milestones. * Manage project documentation and reporting. * Coordinate communication among internal departments, suppliers, and clients. * Prepare purchase requests and follow up with suppliers. * Control costs, purchase orders, and invoicing. * Report and present project status. * Manage risks and changes. **Your Profile** * Student or recent graduate, or in final semesters of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. * Project management training/interest preferred. * 0–1 year of experience in similar roles. * Academic projects or professional internships. * Experience in activity coordination, information analysis, or administrative management is desirable. * Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Project is desirable. * Fundamentals of Project Management. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools, primarily Excel and PowerPoint. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written). * Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. **Ready to drive the future with us?
