Position Summary: We are seeking a Talent Developer to execute performance evaluation plans, indicator tracking, learning paths, and development planning. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! · Talent Developer Main Responsibilities: Execute the performance evaluation plan with technical consultants. · Requirements: Indicator tracking. Annual tracking. End-to-end performance evaluation. Competency model (skills related to leadership, technical skills, PowerSkill questions, soft skills). Tracking of learning paths by role; monitor employee growth within the organization. Development plan creation. Experience managing a development program.
