Join us as a **Project Assistant** to conduct metrics analysis and design business presentations on results and objectives achieved for our most important clients. We are looking for: 1) Experience as a commercial assistant and/or involvement in the entire customer service process. 2) Experience as a general management assistant handling invoice tracking and accounts payable. 3) Experience as an administrative assistant managing Excel databases, pivot tables, filters, and generating weekly and monthly expense reports. 4) Attention to key customers. Your Qualifications: a) Education: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. b) Advanced Excel skills. c) Intermediate English proficiency. d) One year of experience in similar roles. Responsibilities: * Manage the installed customer base. * Understand and engage in the full customer service lifecycle. * Attend client meetings to support closings. * Prepare reports and presentations for external and internal clients to communicate achieved results. * Analyze information to align with proposals.
