The Vendor Master Data team plays an essential role in managing vendor records and ensuring the accurate entry and verification of vendor information in the company’s ERP system. Responsibilities: * Maintain vendor records across multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the U.S., Mexico, and the Andean Region (COL, PER): verify data integrity, review accuracy and approvals, and enter vendor records into various ERP systems. * Develop solutions as needed to meet internal clients’ requirements regarding timeliness and quality. * Organize and maintain the database. * Electronically archive all required documents. * Perform periodic updates to vendor databases. * Communicate with internal clients in English. * Provide administrative support and perform other tasks related to master data management (e.g., vendor changes/modifications). Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree. * Conversational English (minimum B2 level). * Advanced MS Office and business systems proficiency. * 1–4 years of experience in Administration, Data Validation, or Data Processing. * Knowledge of SAP (highly desirable), Oracle, or other ERPs. * Skills: Process-oriented mindset, customer focus, ability to collect, correlate, and summarize data into logical conclusions, adaptability to a changing role, capability to identify process improvement opportunities, strong attention to detail and systematic work habits, teamwork with solid interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, self-motivated and reliable. * Preferred: Experience with Power BI.
