Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage branch team activities, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervises flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that enhance profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory levels, product facing and arrangement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate supervised staff using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree in economics or administrative fields is desirable. \- 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale operations, value management, and personnel supervision.
