Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Review and draft contracts, agreements, letters of responsibility, powers of attorney, minutes, and other legal documents.
* Provide timely professional attention.
* Monitor matters and clients assigned to you.
* Support the development and updating of internal policies in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Conduct legal research on regulatory, corporate, or labor-related topics.
* Carry out procedures before local and federal authorities, notaries, or public registries across various subject areas.
* Prepare legal reports and legal memoranda for internal departments.
* Maintain the legal database and contract expiration tracking system up to date.

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or currently completing graduation requirements).
* Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, tax, and labor law (preferred).
* Availability to occasionally travel outside the city for procedures and client visits.
* Intermediate-to-advanced level of English.
* Excellent writing and spelling skills.
* Analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Proficiency in digital tools:
* Microsoft Office suite.
* Prior experience in a law firm or professional internships is preferred.
