**Technical Support Assistant – Ingredienta Gourmet** Salary: $9,500 net monthly Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with availability for remote support on weekends Main responsibilities: * Provide first-level technical support to users in offices and stores. * Resolve software and hardware issues, both on-site and remotely. * Install and configure computer systems and networks at corporate headquarters and branches. * Participate in periodic maintenance and updates to ensure functionality. * Record incidents and solutions in the service desk. * Manage company equipment and supplies. Essential requirements: * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), office applications (Office, Google Workspace), and networking. * Communication skills to explain solutions clearly and simply. * Technical training in systems, computer science, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Ideal age: 20 to 30 years (all applications will be considered based on experience and aptitude).
