Our model is built on efficiency, professional supervision, and real-time evidence. We are growing and seeking committed individuals to strengthen our field team. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** Disciplined, self-managed individuals capable of supervising the daily operation of our fleet units. You will be our eyes in the field: validating, reporting, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Daily Supervision:** * Validate unit departures and arrivals (mechanical condition checklist) * Verify route compliance and collection timing * Supervise fuel refills with photographic evidence * Coordinate and validate unit washing quality * Supervise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance **Reporting and Evidence (in real time):** * Upload information to platform/app using provided tablet * Document all activities with photographs * Report incidents immediately * Complete daily digital logs and forms **Operational Support:** * Perform greasing of components (chassis and compactor) * Identify local suppliers and prepare quotations * Manage supplies at assigned site * Represent URBALIMP before municipal government personnel **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **Basic diesel mechanics knowledge:** * Identify oil, coolant, and brake fluid levels * Recognize common faults: leaks, abnormal noises, atypical smoke * Understand air brake systems * Know basic hydraulic system operation of the compactor * (You do not need to be a mechanic, but must detect and report anomalies) **Other requirements:** * Proficiency with smartphone/tablet and apps (WhatsApp, camera, data capture) * Valid driver’s license (Class A minimum) * Schedule availability: 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM (organized shifts where more supervisors are present) * Reside in or near the work area, or have personal transportation * Minimum completed secondary education **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (not mandatory)** * Experience supervising fleets, logistics, or transportation * Knowledge of cargo or compactor truck operation * Prior experience working with municipal government **Personal Profile We Seek** Disciplined: You meet schedules and follow procedures without constant oversight Self-managed: You organize your day and prioritize tasks independently Communicative: You report everything—even when “nothing happens”—because we need to know all is well Resilient: The role is demanding in terms of schedule; you maintain pace Honest: We handle resources, fuel, and sensitive information **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** **Pay Structure:** * **Base Salary:** $10,000 – $11,000 MXN monthly net * **Performance Bonus:** Up to $4,000 – $5,000 MXN additional, subject to: – Timely and accurate reporting – Zero incidents due to supervision omissions – Quality of photographic evidence – Biweekly performance evaluation **Additional Benefits:** * Paid initial training * Formal company with clear employment contracts * Job stability within a growing company **Why URBALIMP?** * Your work has a real impact on the quality of public service * Genuine growth: we are expanding into more municipalities * Direct working environment—no unnecessary bureaucracy * Development opportunities as the company grows **HOW TO APPLY** Send your CV to contacto@urbalimp.com with the following in the subject line: 1.
