We work with highly specialized photovoltaic equipment and participate in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, carefully managing each stage of the process to ensure reliable service to our customers. **Job Description** We seek a **Warehouse Manager** responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all operations related to the **receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods**, ensuring proper handling of specialized equipment for solar energy projects, inventory control, and compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise **specialized inventory control**, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cabling, and electrical accessories, preventing damage, shrinkage, or loss. * Perform **technical material receipt**, verifying models, power ratings, voltage, certifications, and specifications prior to warehouse entry. * Ensure **proper storage** of equipment, maintaining optimal conditions to avoid impacts, moisture, or incorrect stacking. * Coordinate with **logistics and installation teams** to prepare and dispatch complete material sets per project or customer. * Ensure **equipment traceability**, tracking serial numbers, warranties, and associated documentation. * Manage warehouse staff, providing **training on handling fragile equipment and electrical safety standards**. * Monitor **cost control**, inventory turnover, and critical materials to prevent installation delays. * Ensure compliance with **regulatory, technical, and environmental standards** for material handling and storage. **Minimum Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Basic training in electrical systems or renewable energy is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum **2 to 3 years** of experience in warehouse or logistics management. * Experience managing inventories of technical or electrical products (preferably in the solar or construction sectors). * Experience supervising staff. **Technical Knowledge** * Inventory control (FIFO, cycle counts, turnover). * Proficiency with ERP systems or inventory software. * Basic knowledge of electrical materials (solar panels, inverters, batteries). * Industrial safety standards and handling procedures for fragile materials. **Skills** * Leadership and organization. * Planning and control. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure. **Other Requirements** * Proficiency in Excel or other administrative tools. * Flexible schedule availability. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary of $20,000 to $25,000**, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * 6% savings fund contribution. * 20 days’ year-end bonus. * 30% vacation premium. * Opportunities for professional growth within the renewable energy sector.
