Analytical and numerical skills We are currently seeking an experienced **accountant** to join our team. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of labor law. * Proficiency in accounting software preferred (e.g., Contpaqi, NOI, etc.). * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills. * Analytical and numerical skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll calculations. * Knowledge of statutory benefits, social security, supplementary salary payment schemes, and customer service. * Prior experience with payroll systems (e.g., Contpaq¡) preferred. * Provide payroll guidance and advisory services. * Calculate employee salaries using Excel and payroll systems. * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Compliance with IMSS regulations. **We Offer:** * Base net salary. * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development.
